Dr. Charlotte-Louise Enslin

General Practitioner

Dr. Enslin has been in private practice since 2010 and continues to find deep fulfilment in the challenges and rewards that general practice offers.

She is committed to moving beyond a model of illness care toward true healthcare, supporting patients in achieving optimal wellbeing. Her approach is holistic, focusing on the whole person rather than just the condition, with the belief that every patient has the potential to thrive.

Dr. Enslin has a special interest in integrative medical consultations grounded in sound, evidence-based medicine. She works closely with patients to develop personalised health strategies that address all aspects of wellbeing—physical, emotional, and relational. Her clinical interests include mood disorders (such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD), as well as chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.
